What a busy and beautiful weekend! We’re feeling extra thankful for all the people who stopped out this weekend for our blacksmith, glass blowing, Feather to Frame exhibit and Local Author Fair at TAG!

Monday May 8 – Every day this week (M-F) will be fused glass garden stake birds classes with Joyce Waltz. Cost is $40 for two birds on a stake. Join us TONIGHT at 6pm at The Arts Garage (TAG) to learn from the northwest Ohio native Josh Janes as part of our monthly FREE “Evening Out with Art” series. Josh will be talking about using Adobe products in his illustration work. This free event is open to creatives of all ages!

Join Keith Fleming for our Figure Drawing sessions with a live model at TAG at 6pm. Cost is just $5 per person, please bring your own supplies. Please note that during evening sessions the model may be au natural.

Then join us at St. John Lutheran Church at 207 Adams Street in Port Clinton for a special FREE performance of The Pirates of Penzance opera at 7pm. This production is from the Toledo Opera on Wheels, which travels to schools around northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. You don’t want to miss it!

At 3pm on Friday is also a pottery class with Jeanette Oleksa. Come make a combination plate/plaque with Jeanette for just $40 per person. Sign up on GPCAAC’s website, www.gpcaac.org.
Saturday May 13 – Always a popular class, beach glass class with Debbie Prue will take place at TAG this weekend. Cost is $35 per person and this week you’ll be making flower pots or kites out of Lake Erie beach glass and pottery. Class begins at 1:30pm.
Sunday May 14 – Mother’s Day – We are open 11am-4pm!
