Art Walks begin Thursday May 12!

The time has come: The weather is warming up, the windows are open for fresh air and it's time to celebrate art!

Join us this coming Thursday May 12, 2022, for the Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council's first Art Walk of the year!

Art Walks take place in beautifully-restored downtown Port Clinton along Madison Street every second and fourth Thursday of the month between May and August from 5pm until 8pm.

It's a wonderful opportunity to meet and shop from local artists, the local small businesses and restaurants and celebrate the arts in Ottawa County!

Our theme this week is "Don't Give Up the Ship" and there will be Battle of Lake Erie trivia questions at each artists station. Fill out the answer correctly, turn it in to our booth and you could win a prize!

Please also note The Arts Garage (TAG) will be open until 8pm as well, and it's a great opportunity to see the artists in residence, as well as our newest exhibit "Feather to Frame: Visiting Birds, Local Artistry."

The Arts Garage is located in the old city street department garage at 317 W. Perry Street Port Clinton.

We look forward to seeing you there!
